Smallara Episode 8: A Giantess Story

The small person stumbles falling towards the giants foot.

Jordan’s heart was racing as he looked upward only to see the giant girl staring down at him. He couldn’t believe how unearthly large she appeared. In his mind, he was struggling to comprehend how sheer magnitude of the being before him. He knew this was a person, but his brain was saying that wasn’t possible. As to him, he was human-sized, and this giant was something else.

Looking upward further and further Jordan’s eyes met this giant and he could see the panic in her eyes. This brought him a meager bit of solace, which meant she was just as scared as he was. The fear and panic pumping through his veins were the same for both of them. Jordan found this led his nerves to calm as much as they could in a situation like this.

The giant began to compose herself a bit more while keeping her eyes trained on his minute form. Ever so slowly he could see the panic and fright that was in her eyes get replaced with curiosity and wonder. As if it were in reaction to him noticing this change, the giant’s skyscraper-sized body began to bend and lower. The movements were so fluid and smooth that it didn’t seem possible. As normally large things were large and clunky, but this was different. The movements were deliberate yet slow enough not to cause fear in him. Jordan found himself struggling to pick himself up, but he was partially mesmerized by the grace and beauty of the massive statuesque person moving with such ease.

“Hey, it’s me Jordan from the neighborhood! I’m a bit turned around so I couldn’t tell you which house I’m from as I’m not even sure which house this is. But if you could…” Jordan shouted so loud he could feel the strain on his vocal cords to the point it was almost painful. Seeing the unphased expression on the giant’s face told him that she didn’t appear to be able to hear him or she was ignoring him. In his mind, he was praying it was the former. As between his reduced vocal cords and the lawnmower. Logic would dictate his voice wasn’t powerful enough to overcome all that noise. At least he hoped that this logical path was the reality. The notion of being inaudible to these giants was something he was prepared for.
