Smallara Episode 241: A Giantess Story

The ground tremored and shook as Ellie walked by on her way to the bathroom. Listening to her bare feet slap against the kitchen floor was a painful reminder to Jordan of just where he stood in the new world. He tried to drown out the noise of the giants, but her foot slapping against the floor was like a thunderclap that reverberated the entirety of his world.

Jordan had continued to scrub the baseboard of the kitchen island as he had been told. While the work was more physical than expected. There was also a certain amount of solace that he found. It was nice to get back to basics and just focus on cleaning. As much of the past few days was about size-related issues.

Shadows crept across the kitchen floor telling Jordan time had passed. However, without access to a clock, he couldn’t tell how much time had elapsed. The sound of nonstop chatter between Ellie and Sara continued to fill the kitchen. He wondered how they could possibly still have things to talk about as he had just finished cleaning the front and one of the sides of the baseboard on the kitchen island. Jordan started to feel it in his muscles as his body began to ache. However, more than anything he had started to get thirsty.

“Sara,” Jordan shouted as loud as he could but after a couple of minutes, he shouted again. The chatter continued between the teenage girls oblivious to Jordan’s cry for assistance. He sighed as he dropped his sponge into his bucket figuring he needed to closer. Jordan walked along the island and then underneath the chairs that are alongside the island. It wasn’t until he reached the edge of the chair that he stopped. He looked from left to right at the giant open space. He tried calling for the girls again but his voice was much too meager to be heard not only over their own voices but the distance between them.

“Sara!” Jordan shouted again as he felt his heart race a little bit more. As he stepped out into the open he couldn’t help but feel nervous. Normally Sara was with him. It bothered him how she caudled him so much. Now though as much as he hated to admit it. The inverse wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be either. All he could think about was Sara’s parents entering the kitchen and not seeing him as one of them strode in crushing him underfoot.

Jordan dashed across the open area of the kitchen table. While his muscles were sore and he felt tired from all the cleaning. The fear of being stepped on spurned him to continue running until the shadow of the table covered him.

“God, I’m out of shape,” Jordan said breathing heavily as he stood hunched over with his hands on his knees. Relieved to finally be near the girls. Jordan looked forward and wanted to scream in frustration as he saw Sara sitting cross-legged as they continued to talk incessantly.

Jordan shouted Sara’s name once again, but his voice was drowned out by Ellie and Sara talking at their normal volume levels. Jordan had forgotten they were speaking softer and quieter for his benefit alone. Now at their normal levels, he didn’t have a chance. It was like in the yard over the weekend with Sara when she was mowing the yard.

“I hate being small.” Jordan cursed.

This is actually a really stupid move on Sara’s part, she shouldn’t be leaving him on the ground with no way to contact her, what if there was another spider? Or any other bug? Possibly even a rodent? she’ll get angry at him for this but in every possible way, this is on her.
