“Not getting a collar isn’t an option for you. I know you want to feel heard and that you are being listened to and I want you to be happy. So I will tell you what. Because you’re my whitto man. While you still won’t earn any points for today you can start accruing points for good behavior as normal starting tomorrow. I’m also willing to agree that you getting the collar can be your punishment for today’s behavior even though it is something I’m required to do.”
“Really? Thank you.” Jordan said feeling a little relief that he wasn’t going to face further punishment. While he wasn’t thrilled about the collar he understood it was a legal requirement.
“What’s the point system?” Chloe asked confused as she looked at Sara and Jordan.
“Oh he gets 10 points a day for being good and I have a grab bag of prizes he can turn his points in for. The points are like an allowance. He can turn them in for exercise stuff, gift cards, and Apple cards for his phone, he can even earn a supervised outing with our English teacher. You know just like extra stuff. I still buy him things like I saw these adorable Nike’s while browsing the little section of your store.”
“Sara! it’s not my store. It’s my family’s store and you aren’t supposed to say anything. Besides it’s just a web store at the moment.”
“No one is out here it’s just us. Body Hottie doesn’t care you own Generitech.”
“I don’t own it. My family does. It’s not that big of a deal. Don’t listen to her Jordan.”
“Not a big deal your family is paid by the government to carry out little research and now you guys are opening up stores across the country. I still think you guys should call them little marts. I took the liberty of securing the little mart domain if you need it.”
“It’s not horrible. I will give you that, but seriously stop. You know I hate all that. I just like being myself with you. That’s our deal.”
“So you also own Generitech Labs? You guys make the vaccine.”
“Well yeah, I know what your thinking and I couldn’t have gotten you any. we make it but it’s all sold. It’s not like we have a stash just lying around. It’s all on lockdown. As soon as it comes off the line there is a government employee who takes it and loads it into a box and then loads them all into trucks as fast as we can produce it. All the medicine goes to the U.S. who uses it in the country and also gives some to its allies.”
“Chloe was the first person I texted when I found you. Even before the hotline. That’s how I got through so quickly. I can show you logs if you want. But yeah, it was a no-go. She said the best thing I could do for you is to claim you. As the government facilities are a mess and understaffed at the moment. So they are just sending people in and they will be stuck in there for like a year or more until everything is sorted. They don’t have a way to distribute underbreds yet.” Sara said as she started the car.
“How have you not held a little then? You’re like the queen of the littles.” Jordan asked as Sara held her hand out. Chloe nervously put her hand next to Sara’s. Jordan could see her hand trembling a bit as he stepped onto it.
“Oh my god, queen of the littles. That’s hilarious.” Sara said between laughs.
“You’re two are two peas in a pod, I swear. I just feel like I’m going to hurt you, little guys. I don’t actually deal with or handle littles at all. Like when I have to help out it’s more business things and paperwork.
