“It’s been a long day. We’re gonna head upstairs Dad.” Sara said
“Sure thing princess. You have a good night,” Her father said
“Night Daddy,” Sara said as much to Jordan’s surprise Sara gripped Jordan tightly in her hand while her father embraced her and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
As they separated Sara walked into the kitchen. She could feel Mocha rubbing himself against her ankles as she walked further into the kitchen. Jordan felt his heart stop as Sara greeted the cat before bending down and with her free hand giving Mocha some pets before walking over to the water bowl and grabbing it to refill the bowl with.
“One near-death experience on the counter and you’re never going to forgive him are you?” Sara teased.
“He is a monster, Sara. He eats people like me for breakfast.”
“I won’t let him near you. That’s why you have a glass habitat. It’s Mocha proof.” Sara said as she headed over to the fridge.
“That’s one benefit to it I guess.” Jordan said as he recalled the glass habitat Sara had built for him. “So maybe this is too personal. I was just wondering though. What happened between you and Kaitlyn and Chloe?”
“Oh well, I guess you can know you are my support companion. and my whitto man. Well Kaitlyn used to be part of the group”
“What do you mean the group?”
“Well I have a lot of friends but the clique was Ellie, Mallory, and Kaitlyn. Ellie and I have been best friends since like just out of the womb. So I hung out with Mallory and Kaitlyn a lot to where I was friends with them all but not in the clique.
“Wait Steph isn’t in the clique?”
“No Steph is my friend and Ellie is okay with her. But, Kaitlyn, Chloe, and Mal are not friends. They don’t like that Steph is a chameleon. She is in with a lot of people and hears a lot of things but isn’t actually friends with many people. I’m like one of her only friends. We’ve been close for years but yeah she’s not in the clique. Today I managed to get Chloe and Steph on acquaintance terms. Anyway, If you could save your questions for the Q&A portion at the end please.”
“Sorry.”
“So, Kaitlyn and I were in a relationship for a while. Then Mallory adds Chloe to the clique. Ellie and I have been friends with Chloe forever too. Not quite womb length but nearly. Well Mallory really likes hanging out with Chloe they just like really vibe well. So than Kaitlyn starts to get all jealous because Mal and Chloe are hanging otu so much. So she gives me an ultimatum that I need to come out or were through. As she doesn’t want to do the in-secret thing anymore.”
“This is like something out of gossip girl. I didn’t think girl culture was actually like this.”
“It’s not that much drama. Anyway so Kaitlyn gives me this ultimatum but i’m not ready so I keep telling her I need more time. Well while that was going on Chloe starts like giving me signals and different vibes. Normally we have friendship vibes but she was giving off like baddie vibes and started dressing a bit more showy. So like I finally tell Kaitlyn that I’m just not coming out like that. I’m not ready and not like this. I don’t want to be forced out and I didn’t like being told that we were through no compromises you know.”
“That doesn’t seem so bad.”
“Yeah well, Kaityln blows up as she was certain I was coming out. Ellie and Kaitlyn were like best friends. Well, Kaitlyn cuts ties with me and tells Ellie too as well. Ellie says no as we’re like ride or die and she asks Kaitlyn where’s this energy coming from. As she doesn’t know Kaitlyn and I were together and broke up. Then Chloe who hears about Kaitlyn telling Ellie to not be friends with me. Pretty much outs her to Mal and everyone. So Mal sided Ellie, me, and Chloe. Kaitlyn took her cronies and they formed their own group.”
“I kind of get all that.”
“I can tell you the full version. I tried to pair it down a bit, but maybe that made it confusing.”
“No, no, it’s just a lot. Let me just digest all of that.”

Wow, this has been an amazing story so far and I’m so glad that Sara and Jordan are trusting each other more and are willing to make a new life with each other through all the bad and good that they will eventually face together at least. But saying all that still leaves 3 major and big questions that might be brought up and could lead to some vast and complicated discussions.
1 – Underbreds/little marriage: What will happen if a little wants to get married to their significant other/lover will their right to marry be seen as legal or even allowed which is bound to cause all kinds of problems? Or another scenario is if a little and regular size human wants to marry each other will they even be allowed to? Then back to a little-to-little marriage what will happen if a little want to marry a little that is owned by another guardian what will be the legal requirements for that?
2 – Underbreds/little birth/children: eventually if there is no cure for smallra then the little will have kids or children of their own that would officially be born small sooner or later what will be a plan for that would the guardian have to give away babies/kids if they have to pay for those kids which there could be a line drawn there amongst people. Then what about their education and being enrolled in schools how would that work?
3 – underbreds/little families: another question then would be how would little families work within the law would they stay with a guardian or guardians if there are two would it work like if it was a divorce were the custody of the underbred parents and their children will belong to both guardians and would share their reasonability?
I’m asking because I would assume that Jordan had dreams or at least thoughts of getting married and starting a family of his own rather it’s with Emily or maybe Lisa or another underbred later down in his future living with Sara. also, it would be interesting if we see a time skip and see how the world evolved post smallra and how Jordan’s life with Sara and probably Chole is after saw 2 maybe 4 years.

It’s a little bit of the wild west so to speak with where we are in the Smallara timeline right now.
Smallara itself at some point will have time skips. There is a lot to cover at the start so the first few days are establishing things. However, after a point, I do plan to skip lengths of time to progress the story.
Very interesting I didn’t realize it was going to be a whole universe of different stories I’ll assume those different stories will be based on different perspectives around the world those who are lucky like Jordan and those who aren’t like the underbreds across the sea and how different it can be for some born small than someone that turned small now that is something I’m actually interested in seeing in the future rather than with Jordan’s kids or someone else.
Also, I’m surprised that Human rights organizations haven’t come into play for the countries overseas regarding the treatment of people with smallra one would assume that not everyone in the said country would be alright tutoring, enslaving, and more from what Chole said to Jordan hell I’m surprised there hasn’t been civil war and anarchy but then again it’s humanity we always are doing some crazy and dirty crap both in the past and present.
Although another interesting thing that could happen is a smallra underground residence overseas where escaped underbred’s survive in the shadows saving and freeing other enslaved underbred’s led by someone on some William Wallace from Braveheart because if there is one thing about humanity is that over time we adapt, learn, and evolve. But again that just a little theory I was thinking that could happen
I wouldn’t say around the world. Smallara started over a decade ago it just came to the united states. So other countries have had power vacuums and devolved into chaos while others haven’t.
The stories would mainly be focused in the U.S. just because it’s about how things unfold in the united states specifically as it hit the U.S. last. You may hear about other events in passing.
There are rallies even in the U.S. with people who support equal treatment of small citizens. You hear it mentioned in Sara’s English Class by Ms. Brooks. However, Sara chooses not to go so you don’t see that side.
It’s not posted here yet, but it would be like Good Girlfriend and Birthday Surprise which tackle different issues than what is talked about in Smallara. But they are all different perspectives. There is even a side story about a guy who is living on his own in an apartment building until its rented out. They are all different with people who have different views, attitudes and actions.
There may be some cultural outlooks but that requires more research on my part for a degree of accuracy. As one of the main tenets of the story is a degree of realism. So I would need to be somewhat true to the cultures which requires more work and studying to prepare for and then getting assets that would be more appropriate.
Dang a whole decade!!! I guess the whole political system across the globe must be super corrupt and down right bad then.
it really depends on the country and how widespread smallara was/is. Places like UK, Brazil, australia, canada, mexico, south korea and Japan were less affected. While other regions like were hit harder.
I’d love to see a side story that is a flashback to an interaction between the girls and Jordan in the past. See what he looked like full size compared to them and how he dismissed them.
