Olivia bent down, disappearing partially beneath the desk for a moment before she sat back up. A moment later, a giant shoe followed, gripped in one hand.
The scale of the shoe was unnerving to the small teacher. The rubberized sole of the shoe was so tall it was an equivalent height to the majority of his body.
Olivia looked down at her former teacher, unsure if she should do this. If Mr. Harrison was a normal little, this wouldn’t be a problem, supposedly. She was unsure if he had the same properties as the typical little one did. She didn’t even understand how he became a little.
“Please, Olivia, I had misspoken. I was mistaken.” Mr. Harrison said, but Olivia was lost in her own thoughts. She looked towards the door, still not seeing anyone coming as her heart raced.
She watched Mr. Harrison take off running. He was moving faster than she thought he would be able to. However, he was still a little now. Which meant this was over before he ever tried. Olivia moved her free hand and took her index finger, and curled back, pressing the nail of her index finger against the pad of her thumb. In one swift flick-lick motion, her index finger flew forward, landing squarely in the stomach of her teacher.
Olivia watched Mr. Harrison fall backward and skid back to where he started. As he lay there gasping for air, she was glad that he wasn’t hurt. She didn’t want to injure the now tiny man. However, she couldn’t have her little running wild, either.
She paused as she thought her little. She never thought in a million years that she would ever have one. Even Kendra didn’t have a little. If she wanted to, she could hold this over her for years. But another part of her was worried that she would get blamed for this. It might be wiser to keep him more hidden. At least until everything blew over. She was sure a teacher disappearing was going to cause a shitstorm.
Olivia watched the small chest of Mr. Harrison rise and fall. She could see him gasping for air. It was clear her simple finger flick had knocked the air out of him. While he writhed on his desk in a bit of pain, he seemed overall fine.
Mr. Harrison, on the other hand, couldn’t believe what was happening. As he looked from left to right, trying to find some way of escape. However, he was trapped on his own desk. The floor at his current size had to be hundreds of feet down, and he wasn’t about to kill himself, was he? As he looked at the side of the desk, his body froze. He knew he could never go through with it. There must be some way out of this. This couldn’t really be happening.
“I must have just fallen asleep, and this is some kind of nightmare. I just have to wake up.” Mr. Harrison said aloud to himself.
“You’re not dreaming, Mr. Harrison. As if you are, we both are having the same dream.” Olivia said, unable to get over how high-pitched his voice sounded. He almost sounded like a chipmunk. It was difficult to hear him speak. She hadn’t ever had to concentrate so hard just to hear someone talk. Any amount of ambient noise could turn his voice from intelligent speech to just unintelligible high-pitched squeaking.
Olivia smirked as she reached down to grab Mr. Harrison. He panicked and started flailing his limbs. He kicked and punched at her hand, hoping to somehow ward off the teenage titan. No matter how much strength he tried to put into the blows, it was like punching a wall.
It was somehow satisfying to Olivia that here her teacher was putting everything he had to ward her off, and his strongest blows might as well be mosquito bites. She grabbed his ankle and started to lift him into the air. The panicked screams of her teacher continued as she lifted him higher and higher until he was dangling directly in front of her face.
“Shhhh,” Olivia said, trying to quiet the miniature teacher. “I think it’s time you had a little detention of your own, Mr. Harrison.”
