Morning came with the rapping of Sara’s finger against the glass wall of Jordan’s habitat. He groggily pulled himself up, rubbing the sleep from his eyes before craning his neck upward. Jordan yawned, wishing he could have gotten more sleep, but in the back of his mind, he was worried about that nightmare coming back. He wasn’t sure what triggered it, but when he fell asleep the second time, he slept harder than he had ever slept before.
As Jordan looked up at Sara, it was starting to become more normal to him to see the giant teenager’s face hanging above his habitat. However, another part of him wanted to crawl back underneath the covers as it still felt awfully early in the morning. He couldn’t see a clock or anything, but just from the lack of daylight that was in the room told him it had to be early.
“You slept pretty well after that bad dream,” Sara commented. She then let out a light yawn while she fully slid out of her blankets, and she begrudgingly got out of bed. The sleepy look on her face told Jordan she wasn’t much more thrilled about being up this early than he was.
“Ugh, I wish I could just skip. The parentals would never let that fly after just getting you for me. It would suck if Mom took you away. So, WE have to be on our best behavior.” Sara said as she fully stood up.
The thought of being taken away was a bit sickening. He wanted to believe Sara was joking, but the way the words left her mouth, and the tone she used told him that she was being profoundly serious. He wondered how that would even work. It’s not like he was a phone or something. He was a living being.
“You realize she can’t just take me away,” Jordan said
Sara laughed as she looked over at Jordan, still in his habitat. She took a few deliberate steps over to the habitat and looked down at him with an amused expression
“If you believe that you haven’t been around Mom long enough. She wouldn’t even think twice about taking you away for a punishment. Probably put you in a jar or something on top of the fridge or in a cabinet. I mean she’d poke airholes in it along with some food and water. Then it will probably make me have to earn you back. You only knew her as a fellow adult neighbor. But that doesn’t exist anymore, as you caught Smallara. I know you don’t like the use of the word. But you’re my pet now. So that’s how she’d treat you as that’s where you stand in the household. I can hear her now.” “Sara said clearing her throat before doing an impression of her mother’s voice. “I suppose we can buy him for her as having Jordan would teach her responsibility. As she’d have to fully take care of him and be in charge of his well-being.” Sara said thinking about how she nailed her mother’s voice. “Mocha was a family pet but you’re just my pet.”

Until that last sentence I was wondering if she was referring to a punishment Mocha had endured because of her bad behaviour lol!!
I hadn’t thought of it in that context but i guess I also knew where i was going where the reader wouldn’t
1. Sucks that Jordan isn’t just gonna deal with the consequences of his actions but Sara’s aswell (though its not like we didn’t all see that coming)
2. Tiffany putting him in a jar seems particularly cruel but this world does relatively frequently show people treating littles significantly worse than animals.
3. Feels weird when she said “. I know you don’t like the use of the word. But you’re my pet now” as it’s far more sympathetic than her extorting him to say it several times yesterday. I wonder if he could make it so only certain people could call him “pet”, if Sara disaproves hecoukd compare it to her only being open about her sexuality with certain people.
4. Much nicer wake up than the rap music alarm from Monday lol.
1. I’m referring to the threat Tiffany made to Sara previously, and Sara saying she’d punish Jordan if either Emma or Dani punished her, as well as the over the top punishments Sara’s done to Jordan for minor infractions.
2. It’d be crueller than when Sara locked Jordan in solitary confinement, even in Sara’s ‘grounding’ Jordan could still exercise in the room and had his ‘bed’ as a soft/warm place to sit if he needed, in a jar he’d have no warmth or comfort, as well as no entertainment or interaction, and it’d be cramped as fuck to even at Jordan’s size.
3. That makes sense, but this is like her opinion shifted almost 180 overnight.
Mrs Reeves taking Jordan away from Sara would be hilarous.
I’m mostly curious if Sara would whine or go full on temper tantrum.
Whining sounds believable, but I think Sara knows throwing a tantrum would prolong the punishment.
Crying to Who’s-Her-Daddy and saying things like “he needs me” and “I miss him so much” until she convinces him to convince Tiff to let up on Sara, plus he’s a therapy aid so it’s possible that Sara can make that argument to her favour.
Mrs Reever could just take him a way along with his habitat and put him in her and her husband room. He will get sick in the stomach watching the real grwonups having fun together in front of him as if he is a stupid mouse.
That would be an awkward scenario to experience for Jordan that’s for sure.
Oh boy here go again with the “you’re a Pet” debate I mean technically she has a point but that doesn’t mean he is though it’s a valid argument but he still human which I am sure Jordan will never not believe even if he is forced to say it so I don’t know I’m on side “he a human” but I see her point
I can see both sides. I don’t agree with Sara’s reasoning but I can see how she gets to her point of him being a pet.
It’s more just a philosophical difference they have. But reasonable minds can differ as they say.
Now I got my fingers crossed that she gets in trouble and Momma has to take her pet. Maybe give him a few chores to make himself useful while in her care too.
I’m sure she will get in trouble at some point whether it warrants Jordan getting taken away is the central question
I hope they find a cure for him at some point, I know he only had 24 hours to get something but medicine is evolving =)
Or maybe they will build a village for the little ones in a few years and the adult dayton will then be their supervision
I actually started writing fanfic (duringthe time when i didn’tknow it was coming back) and in that there are micropolises in certain cities across Australia where littles get to stay in areas deigned for them. Can’t imagine Dayton supervising one though.
sure, the current dayton is a brat and would rule the city of tinies as a princess but maybe when shes an adult and a bit more aware of her actions she would do a great job =)
but now it would be the game of dayton instead of game of thrones 😀
Personally I think Dayton’s behaviour is how Sara was at that age, which is why she frequently defends Dayton and claims “I want you to be the amazing person I know you can be” because she thinks of Dayton as something of a reflection of herself

Well, that’s fair, I’ve got more to post perhaps you’ll like future instalments more.
I actually debated when I was writing up the history of the world for this universe on if there would be villages of little people or not.
Dayton being a supervisor would suck for the people of that community.
That would be a very interesting moral dilemma in terms of the story. You’d have people who, on one side, would be saying this is just restoring them to there original height.
While you have others who would argue that you are playing god as genetically, they were reduced the size the should have been.
But wouldn’t that dilemma already be present with the existing cure?
Yes and no, The amount of people who have been cured isn’t that high.

Calling him her pet♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Just get down and crawl over to his doggie dish and then lap up some water💗 no talking to her like a child either she’s the one in charge!! His mommy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ One of my favorite renders was when Sara had him change on the kitchen counter and when he was taking his tiny pants off mrs Reeves walks in and bends over to eye examine every inch of him as Sara and Ellie watch that’s just too good🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️ And the one where Ellie picks him up as he’s scared down by her feet🦶🦶 and then manipulates him like a puppet and talks over him❤️ I can imagine Ellie time being really wild for whittle man😈🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️
