Ellie and Sara watched as Mallory picked up Gavin and gave him a kiss. Gavin could feel his arms and legs press against Mallory’s face. He knew better than to flail or push away as he if he ruined her makeup, she would be a real witch. He could feel the warmth of Mallory’s skin radiating into him as he was pressed against her. It all felt a bit embarrassing to Gavin, who has never been really big on Public Displays of Affection. It was one of the things when he was full-sized, he had to continually remind Mallory of. However, now he found himself unable to fight back.
“So Mal, I was thinking maybe I go to class with Sara today,” Gavin said
“Babe, I got our schedules all aligned to assist you. Your grades are not good enough for that. I haven’t seen anything higher than a B across all your classes.” Mallory said sweetly. After a long pause, she asked “Unless you’re saying you don’t want to go class with me?”
“No, no, I-” Gavin said before being cut off.
“Was wanting to walk me to class? Gav, you are so sweet. Don’t worry, I can carry my own books, babe. Oh, that reminds me, Sara, are you all set for tomorrow? Have you got everything?”
“Well, I was going to get the stuff after school before work with Jordan,” Sara said, leaning up against the locker.
“What are we doing?” Jordan asked
“It’s for the Party tomorrow,” Sara said to Jordan before looking over at Mallory. “It shouldn’t be a problem. I got Jordan’s license and everything, so it should go smoothly.”
“You’re the lynchpin to all this. I’m counting on you, well, both of you.” Mallory said, looking down at Jordan. “Does he have a tiny collar?” Mallory said before taking a closer look. Jordan took a couple of steps back as Mallory unexpectedly moved her face close to him to get a good look. “It is a tiny collar; look at how cute it is. Gavin, this is the collar I was telling you about. See, Jordan has one, so you have nothing to be ashamed of when you get yours.” Mallory added, standing back up.
“It was very spendy. Chloe got it for him. It was so sweet. She wanted to do something special for Jordan and me. It’s so different from how Kaitlyn treated me.” Sara said
“I never liked her. I was only ever nice for your sake.” Ellie added as she took the last drink of her coffee before tossing it into a nearby garbage can.
“I gotta get to class early. See you girls in a bit.” Mallory said, running off with Gavin
“Sara, what did you volunteer us for?” Jordan said
“It’s not a big deal. You’re just buying some Alcohol. Probably just beer. I don’t think we are mixing drinks or anything.” Sara said
“What? I’m supplying minors? This is where I put my foot down.” Jordan defiantly.
“You realize your big stand is on my shoulder, right? Besides, what’s the big deal? You’re plenty old enough. This is our time to shine.” Sara said excitedly
“This is my time to be arrested, more like it for supplying to minors,” Jordan said from Sara’s shoulder, which made him feel a bit awkward.
“You won’t be arrested. They don’t have underbred jail, for starters. That’s not even a thing.” Sara said, shaking her head over the ridiculousness of the idea.
“What would that even be like? I picture it being a shoebox with a large rubber band wrapped around it. Stacked up in the back like it’s a shoe store.” Ellie said with a bit of a laugh. “Or, maybe it’s a pet store. You could just use the empty fish aquariums they have on those shelves, only you make it the entire store. That would be a great after-school job. I could be a warden.” Ellie said with a laugh.
“I don’t think they start you out at warden. You’d probably be one of those guards with the sticks. Pounding on the glass as you walked by, telling them to quiet down.” Sara said.
“I could put together some cute outfits for that job. As you know, they’d be hiring people like us for cheap minimum-wage labor. As it’s not like an underbred is all that threatening.” Ellie said
1. I hope Sara realises the consequences of her actions if they get caught, Jordan won’t go to prison, but she will get a criminal record, and she can’t be a guardian if she has one of those. I also can’t imagine a bottle-o clerk serving a teenager using the ID card from a shrunken person she’s pulling out of her purse.
2. Gav not wanting to ruin her make up was a nice touch. Though you’d think someone with her ego would use smudge resistant stuff
3. Mal aligning their schedules seems wise, interesting that he is still considered a student.
4. More of Jordan’s boundaries being ignored by Sara’s selfishness.
5. Gavin trying to get a break was smart, though I’m not sure school would have been his bet time.
6. Could Mal afford a collar like Jordan’s
7. Ellie back peddling her friendship with Kaitlyn now that more details are out was her most feminine move yet.
8. Little facility is already a prison, theyd just need to use one of those, but with a minimum release date.
1a) I was always wondering if Sara would “allow” Jordan to drink in a family setting if wine / beer or something was on the table and what kind of situation it would cause between the opinions of the family members, including Jordan.
1b) I wasn’t even thinking about the consequences of her getting caught using her littles ID to break the law in such a way. I thought she was the responsibility master? Oh right like everything else she says its mostly b/s lol.
2 & 5) The new Gavin situation really makes me wonder which one has it worse off. Still leaning towards Jordan because he was so independent and done with school already. Definitely feel a bit sick for Gavin now… He’s digging himself deeper and I suspect Mal knows he was trying to break up but was/is in denial.
4) Of course, lol
6) Also curious about that myself
~8) Bear with me here, lol >> It’s a long shot but perhaps somebody who was paranoid about catching smallara could possibly completely rig their house for Little accessibility and “lethal” traps for regular sized people etc. Lots of contingency type plans etc. They’d have custom battle type gear (spiky) and gadgets ready for their approximate size and always have them near anytime they slept. Not sure what the end game would be but somebody could surely “prep” for something like that if they had a lot of money, and bills on auto payment, accessibility to a computer etc.
Anyway I wonder if a little would be held liable for a trap they setup prior to their condition and what the consequences would be.
1a – a family setting may be different then a social situation. It would be an interesting situation though.
1b – To be fair she never said she would be buying alcohol as a minor. She specifically said you’re buying to Jordan. So she couldn’t be caught using a little’s I.D. to buy alcohol. As the little would be buying alcohol.
2 – I think Gavin has it worse as Jordan chose his situation where Gavin didn’t
1, a, bare in mind we don’t actually know if littles can even have alcohol, his “littlecino” was only a semblance of coffee an I think other drugs woukd need to be altered to be little worthy.
1, b, she probably just assumes she won’t be, though that’s the plan of many delinquents
2 & 5, agreed and me too. An Mal’s definitely at least suspicious, might not know for sure, but she won’t let him out of her sight even to take a piss.
8. That sounds like it could be a movie in this universe, that would cause mild controversy because it would star a full size actor using CGI instead of a little actor. Lol.
It’d be like a dog biting some one I’d assume, so what happens when dogs bite people?
1. Underage drinking is one crime, forcing someone else to illegally acquire alcohol for you is another crime entirely. I’d say this would probably fall under Fake ID which would certainly land her a criminak record.
3. Jordan’s “student” status is fareling dubious, other than gym class he’s not studied in any classes plus hes not in the age range highshools typicallyaccept and alreadyhas a highschool deploma and collage degree. I can see them not kicking Gav out to avoid a controversy though.
4. She hasn’t properly respected any of them either, half assed some at best. But she’s previously made it clear that her kindness isn’t a constant.
5. Well, we know they’re in the same gym class though that’d mostly be time with Jordan.
6. Yes, yes they are.
8. She wouldn’t? Sara was fairly well informed on what they were like and Ellie while she’s likely the bimboiest of the group would have the same access to this information.
8 – I was more thinking I’m not sure Ellie would care that much. Not that she couldn’t know or wouldn’t have the capacity to know. However unless it somehow came up in conversation I doubt she would seek out that information on her own. As while she likes information she seems more informed on people of importance around her.
5 – true, that is fair point. although like you said his interaction time with Sara would be limited.
1 – I feel like its probably a loophole. Similar to how Sara can drive if Jordan is with. If Jordan is buying alcohol and has a valid id and is of legal age. They probably can’t do anything even if they suspect otherwise.
Interesting you think Ellie is a bimbo.
8. Oh okay, I was thinking it would have come from guardian classes, or Chloe that they’d gotten the info on how littles were living.
1. I guess, but doesn’t his little ID list Sara on it? Couldn’t anyone reading it tell he’s owned by a fifteen year old girl. And since littles can’t own anything in America wouldn’t that make any alcohol he purchases automatically become her possession in the eyes of the law, thus breaking the loop-hole?
I’m imagining a scene where Jordan tries to buy alcohol but the clerk hands him a tiny bottle makes eye contact with Sara and says, “This is the only alcohol I can sell to underbreds, a purebred could get more buzzed on communion wine than this stuff though”. Just completely smashing her “genius plan” lol.
Also can Bottle-o workers not block sales over these suspensions in America? Because they can and do in Australia.
Bimbo was an exaggeration for a joke, though she definitely seems the lowest intelligence of the friend group I wouldn’t actually say bimbo.
no more human rights (i guess page 300 was it that says human rights are starting at 19 inches) but able to buy alcohol hahahaha and also underages are allowed to drive a car with an adult no matter of how tall he is near by … bro for a story that wnated to be logical and serious about at least some issues thats more and more getting absurd 😛 why was there never an underbred training like a guardiantraining ? and what did they learn there ? they are tiny now almost everything could hurt or kill them ?! woooow einstein would be proud … no offense though but since page lets say around 200/220 these story goes a wrong direction… jordan from a person to a tiny person to a plaything to a pet/accesoire and now just a useful item to get things earlier than they should. how much lower can sink =( but the human rights were taken away after he gets infected so why was there no free choice for him who he wants to stay with ? sara only did one call and owend his life … what if lets say bill gates gets smallara ? youre be rich in an instant if you own him
then the illness itself first it was a virus and in my opinion a reference to the corona virus where people also doesnt want to get vaccinetad and now a couple of years later you say its in the dna of a person so it was unavoidable anyway no matter what but that also means that the illness must be known for a longer time so i would have an antidote always near by even if i get infected.
i hope this wasnt to confusing but the story getting more and more loopholes and i dont know why im still reading it maybe i hope it will get better someday at least for jordan and all the other tinies =)
Do you realize how often government and officials at the top make a policy or regulation without forethought on how to implement it? In the us they introduced Real Id which is stricter more secure drivers license and government issued id. They enacted this is in 2005.
It is now nearly 2024 and they are still not only trying to get systems fully converted for this. Trying to get people to actually convert and make the change. It’s almost two decades this has been going on and you think it’s absurd or unrealistic that in a matter of 5 days since the first major outbreak that the laws and rules put forth aren’t in place at the ground level. That it’s unrealistic that a tiny person with a drivers license couldn’t walk in with assistance and buy alcohol? Like the minimum wage store clerk cares enough beyond the id check to actually do something? Or that a federal mandate such as little id system or drivers licenses isn’t fully implemented and fleshed out on a state and local government level when in real life, in reality that does not happen. Factually it does not happen yet somehow that same logic is unbelievable in my story?
Why was there no underbred training?
Because it’s about money, it’s a capitalist society what value exists to provide a service to people who have no money and you are removing rights from? That’s about as useful as pissing into the wind.
Jordan was given a choice and he chosen to stay with Sara. Not initially but she did give him a choice. Sara did one call to initiate the reprocess she has stated throughout the story she had legal counsel helping her file the forms and do the work. She had her financial planner/accountant moving the money around. It forms and paperwork was being done as stated in the story. I just didn’t illustrate it. It was. Just written in passages throughout the story. So no it wasn’t just one phone call.
From the start smallara has always been a virus that caused a dormant reaction within a subset of people who through evololution hadnt evolved away from having it. Similar to how as humans we don’t need our pinky finger so in time it’s believed we will evolve to not having it. But that’s a slow process that takes happens over 100s to 1000s of generations.
The vaccination isn’t a permanent fix and has never been presented as one. It merely stops and reverses but provides no guaranteed longterm relief. It’s been stated canonically there is no silver bullet or complete cure to smallara. Anyone destined to be small by genetics will eventually be small. Money can delay it but it’s unavoidable.
i am quite again ( i could say many things they´re wrong with your story and even in that answer here) its the best for all who still enjoy your story i dont wanna make it bad for them … have fun with it im outta here
merry chrismas and a happy new year
There is a difference between wrong and you don’t like or agree with. While I don’t mind constructive criticism. I do find it odd that after you asked for all the unreleased episodes upfront because you were into the story and I declined. You then went to delete my account then , to not delete my account you will just wait till they stack up to read to then being overly critical about aspects you don’t like.
This story isn’t for evey that’s fine. I’m telling the story i want to tell. But I don’t appreciate you using feedback veiled as criticism as a way to just be mean. Nothing you said was constructive it was just an airing of non specific grievances you have some of which weren’t even canonically accurate.
If you want to leave genuine feedback and ways to improve that’s fine I welcome that. But if you are just going to leave a wall of overly critical text but nothing actually constructive then please don’t and it would probably be better that you leave.
Happy holidays and merry Christmas to you as well
