As class ended, Sara and Kayla made their way down the hall. Jordan looked about at the sea of giant students from his perch on Sara’s shoulder. He knew it was only lunch, but he was already wanting this school day to be over. Sara’s school day is the least exciting thing he has experienced since catching Smallara. Well outside of being left in the habitat as she went to school Jordan thought remembering how boring that was.
“I’m so ready for lunch,” Sara said as the two walked toward the cafeteria.
“I really hope Tamara isn’t there,” Kayla said, looking about keeping an eye out for her.
“You put too much stock in Lame-ara. She only pushes around the weak. She is pretty harmless. Once in a while, she tries to step out of line, but if you step up, she always backs down. Like in gym class the other day.” Sara said.
“I could never do that,” Kayla said
“Well, it’s not a problem either way. She shouldn’t bother you since you’re with me.” Sara said before turning her attention to Jordan, “You’ve been pretty good today, Jordy. You just may have earned yourself a little Soda.”
“You don’t let him drink Soda?” Kayla said.
“Well, he gets it as a treat, but I curate his diet. He eats quite healthily. I make sure to leave him a lot of proteins as his underbred body burns them quickly. Then, he gets a good amount of fruits and veggies. I don’t give him much junk food. He’s not allowed that.” Sara said quite matter-of-factly.
“So far, Kelli has just eaten whatever. But I did order some of those ummm Little Pellets,” Kayla said.
“Little what? Kayla, why is this the first I’ve heard about this? I’m not eating what did you call it? Pellet?” Kelli said forcefully from Kayla’s hand.
“I didn’t think she was going to like it. It’s just so much work to plan a diet like that for her and then get all the foods together. Especially Longterm, it’s not so bad now living at home but I’d like to get her adjusted to it before i graduate in a couple years.” Kayla said.
“I know you can hear me, Kayla,” Kelli said, stomping her foot in Kayla’s hand.
“Thats smart, I ordered some of those Jordy too. I have a wellness check coming up for him, so I wanted to make sure I had some on hand.” Sara said.
“Kayla, I will not be ignored. I will be eating normal food. I can adjust to eating some off your plate as I understand little-sized food is very expensive. But I will not be eating pellets like some kind of rabbit or guinea pig.” Kelli said, crossing her arms and staring up at her sister.
Kayla knew this was going to be an argument between the two of them. The pellets had everything Kelli needed. So, it had all the vitamins, all the nutrients that she needed.
“Well, you’d still be eating at the same time as everyone else, Kelli. We’ll try it at least. You may even like it.” Kayla said
“Not all people food is possible for you to eat Kelli. Jordy tried to eat an apple the first day and he couldn’t even break through the skin. An underbred jaw isn’t strong enough.” Sara said as she aw someone come up from behind her and then an arm drape around her. As Sara turned her head, she saw Ellie.
“Ellie!!” Sara said excitedly as Ellie draped her other arm over Kayla’s shoulder.
“So, you ready to eat with the big kids today?” Ellie said as they entered the lunchroom. “We’re going to need you to eat at our table from now on. We can’t have you eating outside by yourself anymore.” Ellie said as Kayla nodded.
“Thanks, Ellie,” Kayla said, appreciating the gesture. As she looked over, she saw a couple of her friends waving at her.
“I got you; if you’re Sara’s friend, you’re my friend. We’re basically one person. Oh, I’m staying at your place tonight, Sara. My parents are going to be out again.” Ellie said as she gave Jordan a wink.

First off Kelli I love your mind set and how you see the situation but no need to be harsh on your sister she is trying but I understand your frustration with the situation second Jordan having to spend a night with Ellie should be interesting and third I’m sure Kelli can make the school day more fun for Jordan down the line hehe 😈
And Jordan I swear to god if you don’t make a move with Kelli during lunch so help I’ll give you a spanking and a slap to knock some sense into your head damn it!!!!!!!!
If Kelli has her way she won’t be coming back. I don’t think she intends to be a regular student being she already graduated.
Jordan gets extra Ellie time. Whether that’s good or or bad is up for debate.

2) it’s a reward beucause she doesn’t have to get a soda. Shes getting it right now specifically for Jordan. If Sara was just getting a drink it wouldn’t be Soda. So that’s why she said what she said. As the next time she had a Soda would could have been weeks later.
5) Sara would have most likely pulled the whole deal at that point and he would have had to live under the old system. She’s only given him any way leeway to be nice when he has asked for things.

Plus you get into odd territory of what is his first real day. As she found him Saturday but it was much later in the day she found out she was keeping him. So her first real deal with him was sunday as it was after dinner late when they wrapped up the phone call as she Sara went up to her room and streamed and went to bed on Saturday.
As some people may consider I got him Saturday, but my first day with him is sunday.
