“So what’s the deal with you and Jordan. You seem pretty close. Did you know him before or something?” Gavin asked having noticed how comfortable they seemed with each ohter.
“Oh no. I just met him this morning. My sister arranged for me to meet him as my old friend’s kind of ditched me as I made some of them uncomfortable and the others didn’t want to hang out with an underbred. So I may have been slightly mopey, and she has class with Sara so they met up before school.” Kelli said while fidgeting with her hair.
“That was nice of her to look out for you. It must be convenient that your sister is your guardian. You get to still be with your family and stuff.” Gavin added
“It was sweet of her to go outside her comfort zone. You’ve probably noticed shes a bit shy and she not only approached someone who had a little, but Sara and her friends seem like a big deal. So I’m sure it was nerve-wracking for her. But don’t tell her I said anything. The last thing I want is her thinking I’m appreciative of her. I would never live that down.” Kelli said
“My lips are sealed.” Gavin said with a laugh.
“So i do have a question for you. So, I saw Sara petting Jordan. Does Mallory pet you? What’s up with it? I hadn’t ever heard of this back at the facility.” Kelli asked as she stepped closer to Gavin.
“Oh, sometimes when I’m good she does. It feels really good. It’s like going to a chriopractor and masseuse all at the same time. Does Kayla no pet you?” Gavin asked
“No, she would never. I mean, its so degrading. I would never let her pet me. I’m not a pet. I get that it’s like a intimacy thing for you and Mallory. But Kayla and I are strictly no pets.” Kelli said
“I get it. I think the petting also helps the guardian like it relaxes them or whatever.” Gavin added.
“Well petting a cat or a dog can be therapeutic so it would be natural to have some kind of similar benefit.” Kelli said as she looked up at Mallory who was talking to her friends not giving Gavin or her much attention at all. Which was a relief. It would have been even more awkward.
So, you and Jordan…” Gavin asked again.
“Me and Jordan what?” Kelli confusedly said not sure what he was driving at.
“Are you two like a couple or what?” Gavin asked bluntly.
“I mean we have date for that party thing and he’s coming over to my house on saturday. But, we just met five hours ago. We’ve just been talking though. We aren’t a couple or whatever you were thinking.” Kelli firmly said.
“I was just curious is all. You two seemed very close for just having met five hours ago.” Gavin said.
“Jordan is easy talk to, and we both have been through a lot so it’s nice to share our experiences is all.” Kelli said.
“Sure, of course. I’m sure that is it.” Gavin said skeptically

Yes yes more people are seeing it even Gavin thank you Gavin for confirming it the Kelli x Jordan movement moves!!!!!!! Also happy to see Kelli making new friends since her old ones are a bunch of bums now I guess we wait for the group to meet Lisa next and then the group will be complete and maybe add Cindy and Greg to and that like a good council group where they can chat and talk about their personal thoughts on their new life together it would honestly be nice for them.
Also if Greg and Cindy ever meet Jordan and Kelli I hope they will see the more than friends connection because everyone sees it damn it I see it, Sara sees it, Gavin sees it and maybe even Kayla sees it but damn it when will they see it!!!!!!!

Yeah, something majors gonna happen at the party for everyone. Seems like too big of an event too late in this season to not have something happen. Whether or not it’s good remains to be seen.
You have been a long time supporter of the Kelli x Jordan Movement or Jelli as Sara calls it. Time will tell how all that unfolds. But Gavins seems suspicious I will give you that.
Greg and Cindy don’t catch Smallara for a few years from where Jordan is at currently.
Must be nice for gavin to actually have a real conversation with someone. Still think it’d be cool if Kelli got a read on the situation between him and Mallory eventually so she could give gavin some tips on how to deal with it a bit more.
Also, I kinda agree with Kelli on the petting thing. Not cause the intamacy part but because I think it’d ruin the dynamic between her and Kayla if Kayla started doing it at least without asking Kelli first. Like I think it’d move further away from the sister team idea I want them to have to a more pet owner relationship. I’m sure Kelli will bond with Kayla at some point no matter what, but I like to think it’d be a more mutual one vs something forced due to the guardian training stuff Kayla would implement
Kelli doesn’t know Gavin as well as she knows Jordan at this point. So she probably would be reluctant to give him advice as she doesn’t know him all that well.
As it stands right now Kelli is the only known little who actually has quite a bit of control over her guardian. So its doubtful she would have to deal with it.
True, but I worry about sarah trying to “help” Kayla. Like on the one hand, sarahs seemed pretty adamant about interfering in others affairs, just based on how she wants to help gavin but ildoesnt want to be the reason her friend group gets more fragmented, but on the other hand, she might not see it that way all and view it more as helping a guardian train their little, which I don’t think she should be doing at all with anyone if she isn’t doing it with Mallory
Canonically Gavin is/was her best friend after Ellie. So its not strange she would think about helping him even if she is upset with him.
Its not all that different then Emily or Daniela trying to help Jordan.
I meant it more like sarah thus far wants to help gavin but doesn’t want to rock the boat in her friend group after the drama that went down with Kaitlin. Like to me it seems like if she isn’t going to directly help gavins situation to keep the peace in her group, she might be more mindful about over stepping anything with Kayla, but at the same time she might rationalize it as a different situation and “help” Kayla with a difficult little. It’s hard to say though. I’m not too certain how often sarah gets into peoples businesses or how her depression is affecting her fear of not being in control of situations
