The President of the United States strides out onto a stage. The clicking and flashing of lights as a large man walked towards a podium. He paused as he stood there waiting for the pictures to stop and the television camera’s focused on him.
“These past few weeks have been one of pain, one of suffering, one of tragedy. Our mothers, our sons our daughters have been ripped from us by this horrendous virus known as Smallera and left them as Littles.
We have seen what has happened around the world. Countries have fallen into chaos instituting marshall laws to maintain control. Once mighty economies have crumbled.
I told you when you elected me that I would bring manufacturing back home, and I did. I told you I would make us less dependent on our neighbors, and I have. You are seeing now the fruits of these sacrifices. While costs have gone up, our economy has remained strong.
While some nations have turned to become run by puppets in the most literal of senses. Here we have a strong, full-sized government. Even with the tragedy that befell us just this past weekend when, the largest spike we have seen yet hit us here in the United States and its territories. Because of this, the United States is officially not permitting travel outside the United States. If you are a U.S. citizen traveling abroad, we encourage you to make your way home in the coming week. After next week international flights to and from the United States will be halted.
I want to encourage everyone that if you have not been tested, to get yourself tested as soon as possible. In our continued commitment to this great country, we are announcing that all passports and government-issued licenses, and I.D.s will now state your immunity status. If you are a guardian, they will also list your little’s information.
Secondly, we are formally announcing what we are calling The Unification. The Unification is perhaps the greatest change our country has seen since it was initially formed by our forefathers. The judicial and legislative branches of our government will now be working underneath our executive branch. In this time of rapid change, it is now more imperative than ever that we remain agile and able to meet any adversity.
This change will allow for the quick deployment of laws and safety measures to ensure all of our full-size citizens remain that way. In the coming days and months, we will continue to keep you abreast of all the changes and when they take effect.
Now, if you are one of our small citizens. I do not want you to feel neglected. While rights may begin at 19 inches, quality of life is for all inches. We are working to ensure that we are getting more guardians trained. We are streamlining the processes of unifying your assets under your guardian, so they can more quickly manage your financial commitments. We are continuing to work towards lessening the burden that is on your small shoulders by increasing the ways your guardian can advocate for you.
The first step in this process is the Little I.D. system which is going to be rolling out next month. This will allow for all of our little citizens to be easily identified. At a glance, we will be able to see that a little is legally registered and has been paired with a guardian. It is imperative that any unregistered littles be turned over to your local hospital or call the hotline to start the process of registering your little. Every little who is a U.S. citizen is required to be I.D.’d and tagged. Any little entering the country will need to be id’d and tagged before they can enter the country. We have worked with the judicial and legislative branches and made harboring an unregistered little a federal class A felony. Exporting of any little U.S. citizen outside the U.S. is a class A felony as well. Any little imported to the U.S. are required to be registered immediately upon arrival to the U.S. and is subject to all U.S. laws pertaining to littles.
We have also instituted little voting rights. If you are a little, you will need to re-register to vote, as your vote is now with your guardian. At the bottom of every ballot is a tiny box
Lastly, The U.S. government is committing resources and forming Generitech. A wholly owned government business where we will produce “little” versions of everyday objects and continue to progress with little research. As while smallera for those inflicted is uncurable, we can certainly make “little” lives better.
